Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States in the 1970s.
NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a name that encompasses the three most influential components involved in producing human experience: neurology, language and programming.
The neurological system regulates how our bodies function, language determines how we communicate with ourselves and others and programming determines the kinds of models of the world we create.
NLP describes the dynamics between mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) and how their interplay affects our body and behaviour (programming).
In other words, learning NLP is like learning the language of your own mind.
How can NLP help me? Essentially, NLP can help anything that you do in life that requires thought, either conscious or unconscious

“I recently had 2 sessions with Jess. I was feeling very happy with my life, felt like I had lots going on but I was coping with it well. Through talking with Jess I realised how I was organising these plans in my head was adding extra stress to the things I wanted to achieve.
